1) Scroll to the very bottom of the site then click on the Admin Login button:
- Those new to the league and from last year's GVMSA league should have received an email from info@esportsdesk.com with the subject GVMSA - Greater Victoria Mixed Slowpitch Association - Newly Created Admin Account containing your login info.
- Those from last year's Crafthouse league, your login information from last year remains the same, however, if you require a password reset please use the Forgot/Reset password? link on the admin login page:
2) Once you are logged in click on Game Scores on the left (if you are on a mobile device you will need to click the menu icon at the top first):
4) By default the scheduled game closest to the current date will be displayed. You can cycle through your games by clicking the dates along the top. To submit your scores simply input your game scores into the corresponding fields then click the Save Scores button:
That's it! The website will automatically be updated with your scores and adjust standings in real time.
Please keep in mind section 4.5 of the league rules for reporting scores:
4.5 Reporting scores.
a) All scores will be submitted via the website score submission.
b) Score submission is to happen no later than 72 hours from the end of the game played.
c) The home team of the first game will report the scores from both games.
d) To minimize score discrepancies, umpires will be provided with a score card to confirm the score each inning, with each team.
Penalty: The game is recorded as a tie.
Those from last year's GVMSA league please note the highlighted above as both teams are no longer required to submit game scores.
